چکیده
Corporate brand identification emphasizes the process by which customers and employees may identify organization as a corporate brand. identity management can be addressed key indicator for success therefore, it an issue if not well managed. The objective of this research is to gain better understanding Brand Identity from employee perspective. It investigates how different dimensions influences satisfaction employees. Further study focusses on applying model into sample consisted 111 in Sri Lankan banking sector. According results, indicates positive view amongst model. Findings suggest visual identity, personality, consistent communications, human resource initiatives have significant influence satisfaction.
